Courteney Cox is mixing business with pleasure while on a trip to Hawaii to shoot scenes for her television show, Cougar Town. The 46-year-old actress was spotted relaxing by the beach in a khaki between filming the comedy series.
The star jetted off to Oahu earlier this week with a group that included her daughter Coco and her handsome co-star Brian Van Holt. It comes just days after her estranged husband David Arquette admitted he briefly suspected the brunette was having an affair with Van Holt during their marriage.

Before slipping into her bikini, Courteney went incognito in a wide brimmed hat, and casual vest and denim shorts, and carried a cool drink and towels.

Brian, 41, was spotted emerging from the sea in green board shorts after a surf. Later, Courteney changed into more glamorous attire as she stepped out for dinner with her daughter that evening.

The actress wore a slinky floor-length black dress with platform wedges, which she removed to walk along the sand on her way to the restaurant with friends. She wore her hair loose in beachy waves, with a slick of bright red lipstick. Courteney's daughter Coco, six, is turning into quite the fashionista, wearing a leopard-print sun dress and brown suede boots for the outing.

Coco sported a flower in her hair and looked as though she had been raiding her mother's make-up bag, judging by her ruby lips. Courteney is currently separated from her husband David, who appeared on Oprah last week to talk about their split and his hopes for a reconciliation. He admitted that rumours of an affair between Courteney and Van Holt had put a strain on their relationship.

In his first post-rehab interview, the Scream star told Oprah Winfrey: 'There were tabloid stories coming out about her and someone on her show having, you know, an affair. 'I thought she was having an affair with someone. Nobody would've said something like that if she weren't.' The star, who has struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol, is now confident the stories were not true.

He said, however, that the decision for a reconciliation is entirely up to his estranged wife. 'I want her to be happy,' he said. 'If me being the best person I can be doesn't make her happy in a partner, in who she needs, whatever she's looking for, that's still to be answered.' 'She's my best friend, and I love her with all my heart,' he said.
