The 43-year-old glamour showed off her toned physique during a visit to her home country as she took to the water to try her hand at surfing.
A day earlier, she was again spotted wearing a skimpy bikini and trademark tousled blonde locks, occasionally taking time out from sunbathing to cool off in the sea.
The single star spent time on her own before later meeting up with a small group of friends during the summer getaway.
Macpherson, who was reportedly celibate for almost two years following her split from millionaire playboy Arki Busson, has revealed she has trouble landing a date.
She has said: "I just don't get men hitting on me."
"I'm a hopeless flirt. I'll go up to a guy and say, 'I think you are so beautiful,' but it just doesn't work."
Still, she has been linked to British actor Ray Fearon, Australian restaurateur David Evans and real-estate developer John Hitchcox in recent times.
Her former partner 43-year-old Arki Busson, with whom she has two sons, was recently photographed with Hollywood actress Uma Thurman, fuelling speculation the pair are dating.
Earlier this year the high-flying playboy - he's said to be worth £250million ? also entertained Jemima Khan on his yacht in Cannes.
The model, who has forged a successful career as a businesswoman with her own lingerie line, is in Australia ahead to star in photoshoot for fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar.
