If you needed any clue as to how Whitney Port maintains her super-slim figure the 25-year-old showed just how as she relaxed poolside in Hawaii. No greasy burger and chips for her, the reality television star snacked on a　 healthy apple, as she sat with boyfriend Ben Nemtin who also went wild and ordered a salad.

But Whitney could certainly afford to pile up her plate somewhat as her black and grey halternecked bikini showed off her jutting hip bones, and pin-thin legs. There isn't an inch to pinch on Whitney's 5'10' frame which weighs in at a reported 115lbs. And while her thinness has caused concern, the fledging fashion designer says she 'happy' with her body now.

Whitney has been dating Buried Life star Ben Nemtin, 26,　 for the past seven months

Whitney claimed that she gained 'love handles' after leaving college and has since embarked on a strict diet and workout regime. She totally avoids carbs, sugar and fried foods and workouts regularly with a personal trainer, takes long walks, plays basketball and bike rides.

The Los Angeles native even once told US Weekly that she has 'never eaten pasta'.

The up-and-coming fashion designer relaxed pool side on day two of her Waikiki break with her boyfriend, Ben Nemtin, a 26-year-old actor and producer from the MTV reality series The Buried Life.

They joined numerous celebrities in the Aloha state to celebrate the opening of the new Marriott Waikiki 'Edition' Hotel. Clad in an itsy-bitsy bikini, the 'City' star and her beau embarked on an afternoon stroll by the harbour before grabbing a poolside perch at their hotel.

Whitney and Ben canoodled on their lounger, and she caught up on her gossip with a copy of Us magazine. The trip to Hawaii comes as Whitney ponders her next move as she is uncertain over whether her reality show The City will continue.

Currently living in Los Angeles, Port said she will probably focus on expanding her collection Whitney Eve - on the West Coast. 'My family and my friends are out here, so it's where my heart is. But I will continue to do my line, which is really what I always wanted to do anyway.

'The City is great and so much fun to do, and I'm able to share what I do with so many people, [but] it'll be OK.' In addition to her Whitney Eve collection (which just showed at New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week), she has launched a new affordable line, the Seamless Collection.

'I've made a separates collection with basically all these layering pieces, like leggings, bandeau bras and little Spandex numbers to wear under things.' Whitney has been dating Buried Life star Ben Nemtin, 23, for the past seven months. Port gushed: 'He's wonderful.'
