Shakira and new boyfriend Gerard Piqué share a passionate kiss on magazine cover

They've been romantically linked since last year but are rarely seen out together. But now Shakira and Spanish footballer Gerard Piqué have made their relationship official - as a photograph of the couple sharing a passionate kiss has been used on the cover of Colombian magazine Caras. he 34-year-old singer is seen closing her eyes and leaning in for a romantic embrace with her 24-year-old sportsman beau.

Shakira announced at the start of the year that her 11-year relationship with lawyer Antonio de la Rua, 37, the eldest son of the former Argentinian premier, amid rumours that he had been cheating on her. And last month, Piqué, who plays for FC Barcelona, uploaded a photograph from his birthday on February 2 of himself and the Colombian singer celebrating with friends.
The singer first met Piqué last spring while shooting the video to her song Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) - the official track of the 2010 World Cup. Barcelona-based newspaper El Periodico de Catalunya claimed they had a string of secret encounters following their initial meeting. It said they both spent a night in the seven-room Hotel Atzaro in Ibiza last July. The footballer is said to have arrived and left wearing the same clothes.

However, Shakira has previously dismissed reports of a romance. At a press conference in Barcelona she described the claims as a 'waka-rumour' and added: 'You shouldn't take any notice of waka-rumours.' Pique was also quick to deny that they were lovers, telling reporters last month: 'We're just friends. There's nothing more to it.'

But in February, the pair were spotted holding hands as they left a restaurant in Barcelona, finally confirming rumours of a romance. Shakira announced her split from De La Rua, son of former Argentine president Fernando de la Rua, on her official website in January.

The couple said: 'During our almost 11 years together we have loved each other deeply, taken care of each other and stood by one another. 'They have been the most wonderful years of our lives, and thanks to that love and the respect we have shared for one another, we have been an exceptional couple and partners.'

Our friendship and understanding of one another is unwavering and indestructible.' The couple added that they viewed their separation as temporary, and that de la Rua - who is also Shakira's agent - would continue to oversee the singer's business and career interests. 'We move forward together as partners, developing projects together, working hand in hand and in close communication,' the pair said.

Britney Spears shows off her intimate tattoos in revealing new photo shoot

Pop sensation Britney Spears has done one of her most revealing photo shoots ever, giving a glimpse of the tattoos she has etched on her inner thighs. In the April issue of Out magazine the Slave 4 U singer shows off her crucifix and star ink designs, not normally seen by her fans.The mother-of-two looked in fantastic form and wore a black leotard in one of the shots showing her body is still in great shape.

Another of the images shows the 29-year-old wearing a black bra and underwear with an oversized blazer thrown over her body. Britney is releasing her seventh album, Femme Fatale, which she calls her 'most upbeat and mature album yet'.After countless chart-topping singles, Britney is proud of all the music she has put out. When asked if she regrets recording any of her tracks, Britney said: 'No. all of my songs are f***ing amazing'.

Out magazine's April issue celebrates its first-ever 'Ladies We Love' issue, also debuting the magazine’s first dual cover. 'The Ladies We Love is dedicated to the women who inspire, scandalise, educate, and excite us. We could think of no one better to honour in the first 'Ladies We Love' than gay icon, pop diva, true survivor, and first-time Out cover girl Britney Spears', the magazine said. In the email interview, Britney revealed that she first learned about sex when she was a pre-teen. 'When I was 12 years old. From my mom. I was confused and disgusted', she said of her first introduction to the birds and the bees.

Britney said her idea of heaven was, 'A trip with my kids'. But her idea of hell was: 'Being on a diet'. She revealed her biggest phobia is flying because she is 'not in control' and added that she would like to be reincarnated as a 'bird'.

The Hold It Against me singer was accompanied by her beau Jason Trawick over the weekend to watch her five-year-old son Sean Preston play in a Little League game. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline was also there with his girlfriend Victoria Price showing that the former couple have a cordial relationship for the sake of their two children.

Her first single from her new album Femme Fatale smashed into the charts at the number one spot. Her second single Till The World Ends was released early last week after it was leaked onto the internet - and fans can’t seem to get enough of Britney, proving she still has a following.The star apparently netted half a million dollars from product placements in her new music video for Hold It Against Me. The four-and-a-half-minute promo clip shows Britney appearing on a Sony television screen, putting on Make Up For Ever eye shadow and logging onto dating website Plentyoffish.com.

But things aren't all rosy for the singer as reports have surfaced that her former bodyguard is set to release explicit images of Britney.Fernando Flores, who claims Spears sexually harassed him, is hoping the pictures will add weight to his $9million lawsuit, according to The Sun.A friend of Flores told the paper: 'They are really explicit images that will shock and disgust the majority of her fans.' Pixie Lott puts on a steamy poolside PDA with her boyfriend

She was born and bred in Bromley, but Pixie Lott looked every inch the California girl as she lounged by a pool in Los Angeles. The 20-year-old Mama Do singer is currently in America working on songs for a new album, but she was clearly enjoying her day off. Pixie was joined by boyfriend Oliver Cheshire at an LA hotel pool, and the couple put on a very steamy public display of affection, kissing and cuddling on their sun loungers.

Pixie wore a bright multi-coloured bikini for her day in the sun, and shaded her eyes in Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses. Her boyfriend of seven months, 22-year-old model Oliver, wore a pair of navy shorts and vintage-style sunglasses.
The couple were joined by a group of friends, but looked as though they were in a world of their own as they giggled and gazed in each other's eyes.

It was back to work today for the singer though. She told her Twitter followers excitedly that she is laying down new material. She wrote: 'Back in the studioioioio working on new tunes for you all. I love it.'Pixie also told her fans about getting starstruck when she ran into Stevie Wonder at the legendary hotel Chateau Marmont this week. 'In shock,' she wrote. 'What a legend.' Pixie spends a lot of her time Stateside for work. As well as recording songs in Los Angeles, Miss Lott also filmed Fred: The Movie there last year.

And perhaps her role as an all-American girl next door is what inspired Pixie's sunny California girl appearance. Pixie is set to follow up her debut film with a starring role in UK movie Sweet Baby Jesus, with Bette Midler, Robbie Coltrane and Sean Brosnan. The comedy, slated for release this year, stars Pixie as 'a pregnant girl named Mary who goes back to Bethlehem Maryland at Christmas time.'

Michael Bublé keeps things covered on beach trip with fiancée

He kept his body submerged as he enjoyed a dip in the sea with his 23-year-old fiancée but getting getting out of the surf and back onto the beach proved problematic for Michael Buble. The 35-year-old singer seemed shy as he made his way to the shore and waited for Luisana Lopilato to fetch him a towel before leaving the sea. Only when he had wrapped his white towel around his body did he feel comfortable making his way back up the beach.

And it’s not hard to see why he is feeling so self-conscious – he seems to have put on a few pounds in recent months. While his vocal cords may get plenty of exercise as he embarks on his sold out Crazy Love tour, he has clearly been neglecting other parts of his body and he looked bloated and round-faced on the beach in Perth, Western Australia.

And while Michael wasn’t looking his body best Luisana showed off a trim and toned physique in a tiny black string bikini. The 23-year-old seemed more than happy to show off her own form in her minimal beachwear and judging from the look on his face Michael was certainly enjoying the view.

Bublé, 35, will need to step up his exercise regime if he wants to lose his spare tyre and what appear to be ‘moobs’ in time for his April 2 wedding. Lopilato, an actress who stars in the hit Argentine soap opera Atraccion x 4, met Michael after one of his concerts in Buenos Aires in November 2008.

A friend revealed: 'They met at a party the record company threw for him after his show in Buenos Aires.' The Canadian crooner then popped the question while on a trip to Argentina in 2009. The star revealed that Luisana asked him not to sing at their wedding, instead preferring the musical stylings of Argentine-Venezuelan singer Ricardo Montaner

Taylor Swift is a real bathing beauty in holiday snap from Bahamas getaway

Taylor Swift looked every inch the beach goddess during her latest visit to the Bahamas. A photograph has emerged of singer that shows her perched on the water's edge during a getaway to the picturesque tropical island in October. Wearing a black bikini and flip flops, she stood with arms outstretched as she took in the magical view and soaked up the sun.

The 21-year-old is currently in Asia on the first leg of her sold-out Speak Now tour. She has already visited Singapore and South Korea and most recently performed in Tokyo. She tweeted today: 'I love Tokyo, I love Tokyo, I love Tokyo! Thank you for two magical nights at the Budokan. Unforgettable.'

The star, who is single following her split from Jack Gyllenhaal earlier this year, spent Valentine's Day in Japan but still managed to attract a not-so-secret admirer in her home country. Owl City’s Adam Young took to his blog to share his admiration for the Back To December singer.

'Meeting him, it was just this overwhelming feeling of, "I really hope that you're not in love with somebody." And the whole entire way home, I just remember … sitting there thinking, am I ever gonna talk to this person again? It was that feeling of pining away for a romance that may never even happen.'

Young wrote on Feburary 14: 'I'm so tremendously honoured that Taylor would write such an elegant song and thereby offer a gracious nod in my direction. Needless to say, I was lost for words and utterly smitten. I couldn't stop smiling.' "Everything about you is beautiful. He will host a dazzling pre-Oscars coverage for E! Entertainment with Giuliana Rancic. At first it took some time for Ryan to get into the sunbathing spirit.

Earlier in the week, Ryan made it no secret that he was whisking his lady love away by announcing it via his Twitter account. 'What are the rules when a guy takes a girl out of town on a 3-day weekend? King bed? Double beds? 2 rooms?,' he tweeted.

Blonde bombshell Beyonce Knowles shows off her lighter side

Beyoncé Knowles would have to go to some lengths to avoid being recognised. But she almost managed it while shopping in Hollywood this week thanks to a new fairer look – and not just her newly bleach-blonde hair. The 29-year-old singer’s skin also looked much lighter than usual as she showed off her long, bare legs in a pair of £635 jade suede Daffodile heels by Christian Louboutin.

It may simply have been a trick of the light, however, as one expert claimed the fairer tone was unlikely to be the result of Miss Knowles – whose father Matthew is African-American and whose mother Tina is mixed-race – bleaching her skin.

Dr Sunil Chopra, a consultant dermatologist at the London Dermatology Centre, said: ‘The most effective skin-lightening agents are hydroquinone and kojic acid, creams which patients apply to the skin. The effects are temporary and work by inhibiting the enzyme ... responsible for the skin’s pigment. Both are very popular. I see maybe three people every week who want this procedure.

‘But it cannot be used over the whole body. It is very unlikely she has had her skin bleached in this way.’ It is not the first time that a lighter-looking skin tone has drawn attention to the former Destiny’s Child singer, who is set to headline this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

In August 2008, L’Oreal was accused of ‘whitewashing’ the star in an advert by digitally lightening her skin. At the time, the cosmetics house denied that the pictures had been altered in such a way but The New York Post newspaper called the advert ‘shocking’ and accused it of making the singer – who is married to fellow U.S. music star Jay-Z – look like a ‘weird, nearly white version of herself’. Last night a spokesman for Miss Knowles refused to comment on the latest speculation.

Dancing On Ice definitely seems to be agreeing with Kerry Katona and the star showed off her incredible new body in a special Valentine’s Day photo shoot.Her gruelling skating routines have created her new rock hard abs and slender legs, which the 30-year-old was keen to show off in her lingerie, while holding a bunch of red roses.Kerry got into the Valentine’s Day spirit by flaunting her curves in the pink and white floral underwear, which is set to impress her male admirers.

To accompany her hard work in the gym and in the ice rink, Katona has been open about using a helping hand from a cosmetic surgeon too.Just last month the reality TV star revealed how a new non-surgical treatment called Mesosculpt helped restore her saggy skin and stretch-marks of her stomach from multiple pregnancies.
She went to Liverpool’s Bodyline Clinic for the treatment and said: ‘After four children, I still have problem areas that exercise alone won’t shift. For me it’s the skin around my tummy button.’Since the procedure, Katona said she feels more confident and is continuing a regular exercise regime to stay looking fit and healthy.

Katharine McPhee proudly shows off her figure in a stripey green bikini

She came second place on the biggest TV competition on earth. But even that did nothing to help singer Katharine McPhee get over her issues with her body - until now. Looking tanned and relaxed, the 26-year old American Idol runner-up showed off her toned and healthy bikini body as she rested in the shade on a sun lounger while on holiday in Santa Barbara, California this week.

The singer recently opened up to Shape magazine about her seven-year battle with bulimia and claims she is now 'in the best shape ever,' having discovered exercise.

'The more I focused on my weight, the worse my bulimia got,' she said. 'Now I’m more easygoing. I stopped fighting myself and became more forgiving of my body. Ironically, the weight came off naturally through exercise but no dieting.' The actress puts this change in priorities down to the importance of feeling healthy. 'At my last physical, the nurse took my vitals and said, "Wow, you must be taking care of yourself! Your blood pressure is perfect. You’re very healthy." 'Hearing her say that made me feel better than seeing an "ideal" number on the scale.'

McPhee married her boyfriend of four years Nick Cokas in February 2008 and claims this was a big influence in her growing up. 'For the last year and a half, I've taken the time to really slow down and remove myself from the whole Hollywood thing,' says the singer.

During that break, she gave herself a makeover, resulting in a stronger, sleeker body and an improved attitude about everything from her diet to her relationships. 'Three years ago, I thought I knew so much,' says Katharine. 'Now I have the maturity to understand I still have so much to learn.'

Lucie Jones sets sail on a speedboat ride with friends as she plots pop comeback during sunshine break in Barbados

Since appearing on X Factor last year, we haven’t seen much of Welsh beauty Lucie Jones. And although she has enjoyed success on stage and on the catwalk it seems the 19-year-old hasn't given up on her dreams of pop stardom just yet. Enjoying a break in Barbados with a group of friends, the teenager sizzled in a white bandeau bikini as she soaked up the sun on the Caribbean island.

And the singer looks to be in fine form as she showed off her taunt and toned body during the lazy afternoon on the beach, before enjoying a speedboat ride with her friends. It seems that Lucie is hoping to relaunch her bid for pop stardom and has revealed on Twitter that she has been writing music on the beach during her break. She posted: ‘Hey everyone, just got in from a long day writing on the beach. feeling SO good about these tracks cant wait to play them for u all!xxx’

Lucie, who is currently starring in Les Miserables in London enjoyed a dip in the sea before toweling off to enjoy a drink on her sun lounger. The model sipped champagne as she joked with friends and took pictures of their group with a camera. The alcohol seemed to take effect as she took to the sands once again but appeared to lose her footing, and seemed to stumble as she made her way back down the beach.

Lucie became the fifth act to be sent home on last year’s X Factor and lost out to Jedward after she was eliminated by a public vote. Ofcom received over 1,000 complaints about the show from viewers who claimed that the show was fixed in favour of the Irish twins, but the regulator refused to investigate the claims.
