Rachel Uchitel wearing a sexy bikini behind her dog with a walk on the beach

After weeks of feeling the heat from the Tiger Woods scandal, bikini-clad beauty Rachel Uchitel is feeling the heat of a different kind - that of a sun-soaked beach. The 34-year-old club hostess has distanced herself from reports of the champion golfer's alleged infidelities, other than to deny having an affair with him. And it looked as though she didn't have a care in the world as she took in the Florida sunshine during a Christmas break with friends

Rachel heads for a dip in the warm waters off the Florida coast

The native New Yorker is currently holidaying in Palm Beach, which just happens to be seven miles from where Woods moors his luxury yacht called 'Privacy'.

Although she has publicly denied an affair, a source told the New York Post that Miss Uchitel claimed to have met Woods during a party held by Derek Jeter, who plays for the New York Yankees, at his apartment. 'This girl has a real history of sleeping with rich, powerful and famous people,' a friend told the Post. 'Rachel is going to end up going on Oprah, telling her story - and doing Playboy.'

It's reported that Woods, 33, has been spending his days in seclusion in a house he owns near the family home in Windermere, Florida, eating cereal and watching cartoons.

It's claimed his devastated wife recently ripped up their pre-nuptual agreement during another blazing row.

Tiger reportedly offered "tens of millions" to Elin Nordegren, 29, in a new deal to save his marriage.

But the former model tore up their original agreement, said a friend, adding: 'She'd take all his money if she could and she definitely wants the kids.'

His Swedish-born wife, Elin Nordegren, has made it clear to associates that she is pushing forward with a divorce.

She is believed to be meeting celebrity attorney Sorrell Trope - who has represented Nicole Kidman and Britney Spears - and could get up to £169million of his fortune.

Meanwhile it's thought Rachel has hired an expensive, high-profile Los Angeles attorney. Lawyer Gloria Allred acted for OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson and Spice Girl Melanie B in her paternity suit against Eddie Murphy.

She declares herself: 'Fearless lawyer, feminist, activist, television and radio commentator, warrior, advocate, and winner - Gloria Allred is all of these things and more.

Apparently, Alex Curran-Gerrard was also womanizer too

Encounter on a Spanish
.

Encounter on a SpanishAS a footballer's wife, she knows a thing or two about dubious fashion trends. But even Alex Curran couldn't help but resist doing a double take on this occasion.Miss Curran, who is married to Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard, looked a little perplexed after being confronted with a fellow holiday-maker wearing the skimpiest pair of swimming trunks.

Mrs Gerrard admires the Spaniard's toned physique,
enhaned by the briefest of trunks

The 27-year-old, who has barely had time to let her tan fade following her two-week break in Ibiza last month, has jetted out to Spain with her children Lilly-Ella, six and Lexie, four. Her husband remained in Liverpool to prepare for Liverpool's match against Turkish side Trabzonspor last night.

Tanned & toned: Mrs Curran shows off her figure in a khaki bikini

It was during an outing to the beach that Curran spotted the hunky young man, whose attire left little to the imagination.Such swimwear, which have also been labelled 'budgie smugglers' have enjoyed a resurgence in popularity after Daniel Craig wore a similar pair in James Bond film casino Royale, in 2006.Since then, a host of celebrities have been spotted aping his style, including Rod Stewart, David Beckham and Jonathan Ross.Curran's trip to Spain is the latest of numerous holidays already this year. They appeared happy and relaxed together during their holiday last month, despite recent internet rumours their marriage was under strain.

The holidaymaker makes his exit

The WAG has been doing her bit in a bid to keep in shape too, having gone on a special diet and exercise regime over the past few months.

She said recently: 'I was trying to go to the gym as much as possible before the break to get in shape for the beach but I still feel a bit wobbly, which I’m devastated about.'Although as soon as we arrived, we relaxed and started pigging out! We’ve had a few barbecues and we’ve been out for a few meals.'

How to Look Younger Longer

LOOK YOUNGER

These six simple steps will keep your complexion soft, supple, and crease-free for decades to come.SARAH MAHONEY

Step 1: Cleanser Starting with clean skin makes the rest of your skin-care arsenal more effective. Try a gentle cleanser that leaves protective oils and moisture behind (we like Dove Beauty Bar and Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar.) "For an extra boost, use a product made with alpha-hydroxy acids , or AHAs, to exfoliate the dead cells, help plump up your skin, and give a healthy glow," says Francesca J. Fusco, M.D. AHAs make the outermost layer of skin stronger and more resistant to irritation.

Step 2: Anti-aging serum These potent formulas pack concentrated power in small doses. The best contain antioxidants (look for vitamins C and E and green tea) or peptides (amino-acid chains believed to bolster the skin's collagen production), according to Diane Berson, M.D., assistant professor of dermatology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Blend a few drops onto freshly cleansed skin—it absorbs better when pores are wide open.

Step 3: Moisturizer When skin cells become dehydrated, they shrivel up, making skin look older, dull in tone and texture, and even wrinkled. What's more, says Yohini Appa, Ph.D., a researcher at Neutrogena, "free radicals can penetrate more easily through dry skin to attack the layers of collagen and elastin." (In other words: You get saggy skin.) Look for a lightweight formula that has an SPF of at least 25 and contains petrolatum or glycerin, the gold standards for moisture retention.

Step 4: Sunscreen The sun can seriously speed up the aging process, causing damage, hyperpigmentation, and cell breakdown. "Your best defense is to be thorough with your sunscreen," says New York City dermatologist Ellen Marmur, M.D. "Even if you've applied a moisturizer or foundation with SPF, be sure to use a sunscreen if you'll be out for more than an hour or so." Look for one that contains Parsol 1789 or Mexoryl—both block deep-penetrating UVA rays effectively. And reapply often. BareMinerals SPF 30 Natural Sunscreen

Step 5: Retinoid Anti-aging ingredients aren't immediate people-pleasers; they need time to do their good deeds. Take, for example, retinoids. These vitamin-A derivatives—prescription-strength are sold as Retin-A and Renova; the similar but less powerful over-the-counter version is retinol—smooth away fine lines and wrinkles, help even out skin tone, and may even reverse the effects of UV exposure. However, they can make skin more sensitive to UV light, so doctors recommend applying the cream before bed. That way, it can do its thing while you doze.

Step 6: Sleep Getting plenty of shut-eye is as good for your complexion as it is for your body. When medical researchers at Cornell University deprived 11 women of sleep for just one night, it was enough to deplete their skin's defenses. To make the most of your z's, try to get seven to eight hours of sleep a night, and use a humidifier to keep your skin moist and help your nighttime treatment sink into your pores. 6 Tips to get amazing sex

Jennifer Benjamin
.

You may be neglecting one of your body's biggest pleasure receptors--your skin. Learn the touch techniques that will boost your fun in bed

The body parts that receive the most attention in bed are the genitals—and for good reason. But one of your most potent sex organs covers you from head to toe: your skin. With a surface area of about 15 feet (give or take a few inches), your flesh is packed with sensitive nerve receptors, making it a major pleasure-inducing player. It flushes when you meet a hot guy, tingles when he touches you, and after just a few strokes, gets things stirring below deck.

Aside from the obvious benefits of sensual touch, there's an emotional component as well. "Skin-to-skin contact stimulates the production of the bonding hormone oxytocin and releases endorphins, which can enhance your feelings for someone," says Yvonne K. Fulbright, Ph.D., author of The Better Sex Guide to Extraordinary Lovemaking.

What's more, total-body exploration can actually boost your lust for each other. According to Debby Herbenick, Ph.D., sex educator at the Kinsey Institute, stimulating each other's skin increases sweat production, releasing natural scents that subconsciously draw you together. Here's how to make the most of skin-to-skin contact.

Enjoy Some Face Time
If you've ever had a luxurious spa facial, you know that gentle face stimulation can be almost as satisfying as a full-body treatment. The nose, eyelids, and lips are among the most sensitive spots on the body because they are thin-skinned and boast a higher concentration of nerves. So treat each other to some soothing face strokes. Sit cross-legged while he lies on his back with his head on your lap. With your index and middle fingers, trace a firm line from his forehead, down his temples, and along his jaw, bringing your fingers together at his chin. Next, make small concentric circles over the apples of his cheeks and around his eyes, gently grazing his lids. Finally, take the pad of your index finger and run it over his lips. You'll stimulate his delicate flesh, boosting blood flow and sensitivity.

Strip Each Other Down
Disrobing is a requisite part of foreplay, but it's also an opportunity to engage in tactile touch. Take turns sliding off each other's clothes slowly and deliberately. "As the garments fall from your body, you'll feel a grazing, tickling sensation, exciting the nerve endings in a new way," says Patti Britton, Ph.D., author of The Art of Sex Coaching. "The feel of air on your bare skin and the material sliding off your body will give you a sensory rush, and of course you'll feel more intimate from being naked together."

Lighten Up
A deep, relaxing precoital massage is nice and all, but for something novel, explore barely there touch. A study published in the journal Nature Neuroscience says that when hairy sections of skin are slowly stroked, the movement stimulates the C-tactile nerves, a set of specific pleasure fibers.Run your fingers up and down each other's arms and along the napes of your necks. (Avoid the genitals for now. As you become more aroused, that area needs firmer stimulation, so a light, ticklish touch can feel uncomfortable.) These soft caresses have a mutually beneficial side effect, says Barbara Keesling, Ph.D., author of The Good Girl's Guide to Bad Girl Sex. For both the giver and the receiver, light touching activates the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a relaxed state.

Shock Your Senses
Pump up the pleasure factor by closing your eyes while he caresses you from head to toe. "When you shut off one sense, such as sight, your sense of touch goes crazy trying to compensate," says Sandor Gardos, Ph.D., founder of MyPleasure.com. Plus, when you can't see what will happen next, the anticipation will awaken your nerves, making your skin respond more intensely to physical contact." So kill the lights during foreplay or tie on blindfolds for an erotic experience.

Explore the Almost-Zones
How does your brain get the memo that sex is on the menu? "Particular areas of skin have specific receptors that transmit messages to the brain's sexual centers," says Sandra L. Blanton, Ph.D., a board-certified sex therapist in Florida. "Because touch is registered in the sexual center of the brain, it relays a message to the genitals to prepare for intercourse."While the genitals, nipples, and butt are go-to erogenous zones, areas such as the inner thighs, the small of the back, and under the belly button are super-responsive because of their proximity to the private parts. "The skin here is thin and sensitive, and when you are teasing that close to the genitals without actually touching them, you build anticipation, which amplifies your touch," Fulbright says. So lick your way down from his navel to his pubic bone. Then, just when you're almost at his goods, veer off and create a new path over his hip bone and along the crease of his thigh. Finally, gently suck the skin on his inner thigh; the flesh here responds to a stronger sucking motion, and the wetness will hint at other forms of oral play.

Feel a Little Pain
Sure, you cry out when getting a bikini wax. But during sex, a tiny bit of pain can feel surprisingly erotic. "As you become more aroused, your body releases endorphins that act as a natural pain reliever," says Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of Passionista. "Plus, firmer touch causes blood to rush to those areas, heightening the response of your skin receptors." In other words, light spanking will actually feel good. Plus, the element of surprise will make it more exciting. So as you're gently tracing your fingers down his back, give him a little scratch with your fingernails or lightly pinch his sides. He'll finally know what it means to "hurt so good."

How to have better sex in Winter

Generate heat and intimacy
·

If shorter days and dipping temperatures have you feeling more snuggly than sexy lately, there's an explanation: "In the winter, many people's testosterone levels decrease, which can lower libido substantially," says Jed Diamond, Ph.D., author of Irritable Male Syndrome. Prevent your sex life from going into a deep freeze by following this advice.

Embrace your body
Screw your post-dinner bloat—and no running to pee wrapped in a sheet after sex. Guys actually find you sexier in the wintertime, according to a study published in the journal Perception. In the summer, they see so much skin that they become more critical of women's bodies. But in the winter, women aren't showcasing their toned butts and abs, so men are more accepting of different body types and are more likely to overlook flaws. Don't feel comfortable lounging around naked? Throw on something that highlights your best assets, like a cute pair of boy shorts or a sexy tank top.

Try a hot trick
"Warm sensations bring the blood to the skin's surface, increasing sensitivity," says Yvonne K. Fulbright, Ph.D., author of Touch Me There! A Hands-On Guide to Your Orgasmic Hot Spots. Blow hot air over the thin-skinned parts of his body, such as his neck, ears, inner thighs, and scrotum. Or keep a mug of warm tea on the bedside table, and before you go down on him, swish some around in your mouth. You can also rub heat-activated lube on each other's shoulders, back, butt, or genitals.

Be more intimate during sex
Rather than sex positions that require astounding feats of flexibility, try a few that encourage coziness. Lie on your side while he spoons you, or while you're stomach-down, have him lie flat on top of you and enter you from behind. And get your boobs in on the action: "Your breasts are made of glandular tissue, so they can generate heat when they're stimulated and pressed against warm skin," says certified sex educator Lou Paget, author of Hot Mamas. Use them as a tool during foreplay to give both of you some added thrills.

Get busy on the clothes dryer
Yeah, the laundry room is for getting things clean, but you can also use it to get down and dirty. Hop onto the humming dryer while he stands between your legs, and let him give you oral attention. "You can hoist one leg over his shoulder to give him easier access," says Fulbright. The heat from the machine plus the vibrations will amp up the experience.

Do you Have Amazing Sex All Month Long

Elise Nersesian
.

Why you have sex, how often you orgasm, and how wild you're tempted to get in bed all depend in part on where you are in your menstrual cycle. "When women hear the word menstrual, they tend to think of cramps and discomfort," says Gina Ogden, Ph.D., author of The Return of Desire. "But the hormones that influence your cycle—estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone—fluctuate each day and affect your sexual behavior in dramatic ways."
And although every woman is different, knowing what changes your body is going through can help you plan for a month of unbelievable super sex.

Day 1

Take control during sexOn the first day of your period you'll feel extroverted and bold, thanks to a rise in the feel-good hormones oxytocin, testosterone, and estrogen. Your libido should be amped, too, so aim for all the pleasure you can. Woman-on-top is ideal because your clitoris is extra sensitive and you can control the depth and angle while he lies back and enjoys the view. If things get messy, throw a towel on the bed or take a shower before you get busy.

Day 2

Indulge in slow, sensual sexYou're feeling good, because estrogen and testosterone continue to rise today. "Estrogen magnifies the five senses, so kisses feel more intense and your man looks more attractive to you, making sex a total mind-body experience," says Gabrielle Lichterman, author of 28 Days. Light some candles, play slow tunes, and satisfy each other from head to toe.

Day 3

Pamper him"A surge in testosterone boosts your confidence in your union and makes any annoying habits your partner may have seem less grating," Lichterman says. (His snoring may not become cute, but you get the idea.) So treat him to a spine-tingling massage. There's no doubt he'll return the favor.

Day 4

Think outside the boxYour right brain is famous for giving you creative ideas, and today tiny levels of rising estrogen and testosterone boost the odds you'll use this side of your mind. "You're apt to feel more imaginative when it comes to brainstorming or making decisions," Lichterman says. Your creativity will spill into the bedroom, too.

Day 5

Get competitive"Your right brain may have been in charge yesterday, but today estrogen and testosterone will increase even more, shifting the power to your analytical left brain," Lichterman says. Testosterone also makes you competitive. Use that bold streak to challenge him to a naughty game, such as strip poker. If you win, so does your libido: According to a study published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior, conquering a guy elevates your testosterone levels by 49 percent, making you even more amorous.

Day 6

Bond with your guyBy now, you should be feeling calm, rational, and remarkably clear-headed. "Estrogen gets another boost, making you social and articulate," says Jed Diamond, Ph.D., author of The Irritable Male Syndrome. So take advantage of your way with words and tell your guy exactly why you love him. He'll eat it up.

Day 7

Sync up your sex drivesYou're still chatty due to elevated estrogen levels, and as an added perk, "your energy will skyrocket," Lichterman says. Since guys are often raring to go in the morning (their testosterone levels peak in the a.m.), take advantage of your extra adrenaline and hop in the shower

Talk to Your Boyfriend So He'll Listen

Elise Nersesian
.

Ever notice how even the nicest guy can act like an insensitive dolt when you're trying to convey something important—your fear of being fired, that you're drifting apart from your best friend, even how bummed you are that the two of you have hit a sexual dry spell? It's not that he doesn't care—really it isn't—it's just that men process information much differently than women, and as a result, your words often get lost in translation. But don't stress, the solution is simple: Learn how to talk to your man. We've got great communicating tips.

Talk side by side

If you're broaching a potentially sticky subject (stuff like your wanting to get married, or his partying too much), avoid a face-to-face conversation. "Although it seems counterintuitive, insisting on eye contact while hashing out an issue can actually make the problem worse," says Scott Haltzman, M. D., co-author of The Secrets of Happily Married Women. Looking him directly in the eye can make him feel threatened—and when confronted, men instinctively kick into survival mode, triggering a fight-or-flight response. To put him at ease, talk to your boyfriend while you're doing something side by side—walking, driving, eating dinner together on the sofa.

Cut to the chase

According to a study recently published in the journal NeuroImage, the male brain interprets men's voices as speech and women's voices as music. That's why he can easily focus when one of his buddies drones on about some lame computer game, yet has to work overtime to concentrate on your bitch-of-a boss tale. To ensure that he hangs on your every word, make your point as quickly as possible. "Men want to get to the bare bones of the matter," Haltzman says. "So grab his attention by using direct statements such as 'Here's why I'm upset' or 'The bottom line is this.'"

Let him know you need to vent

When you're telling your guy about your backstabbing best friend and he looks confused, it's not because you're not explaining yourself clearly or he's slow on the uptake. Biological differences make men innate problem solvers; the furrowed brow indicates that his mind is scrambling to find a solution. "When a woman presents a man with a dilemma, he interprets this as a request to fix her problem, not to simply listen," Haltzman says. Clue him in by letting him know what you need before you make your point. Try prefacing your story with "I just really need to get this off my chest." By telling him what you expect up front, he'll know what to do and be able to give you what you really want: his ear.

Stroke his ego

If it seems like every time you ask him for a favor your words go in one ear and out the other, you may need to butter him up more. Men are brimming with testosterone, which makes them competitive, and compliments help them feel important and superior. Let's say he never hangs out with your friends. Feed his ego by saying something like "You're so funny! Actually, my friends could use some cheering up. Can you come out with us tonight?" The positive reinforcement will challenge him to rise to the occasion, and the vote of confidence will make him feel needed.

Make Him Feel Like a Man

Steve Friedman
.

I consider myself a feminist. Raised by a charter subscriber to Ms. magazine, I was brought up to believe in gender equality--that men and women were on level playing fields in the world. I've never flinched at having a female boss. I stumped for Hillary Clinton. I even once dated a woman who knew how to drive a backhoe.

So I never thought twice about hooking up with Allie (not her real name), an orthopedic surgeon who was smart, accomplished, and pulling in far more money than I. Was I bothered? Not a bit. I never understood men who didn't admire success in the women they loved. Sure, we might crack wise about wishing for partners who were chronically adoring, relentlessly agreeable, and handy with a spatula. But the truth is, unless a guy watched too many Leave It to Beaver reruns as a kid, he wants a woman who's his intellectual and emotional equal. At least I wanted someone like that.

Or I thought I did. Until Black Thursday—otherwise known as the day that Allie and I made the big mistake of going rollerblading together. You see, what started out as a friendly challenge turned into a spirited race, and then into something else entirely. In short, Allie ended up leaving me in a trail of dust. And my male ego didn't like it.

The following Sunday, I was still ticked off. We were standing in her kitchen. I had done the dishes—that proved my postmodern feminist bona fides, right?—and I was silently (maybe too silently) arranging our bagels and lox on the table.

"Is there something you want to talk about?" Allie asked.

"What do you mean?" "You've been acting weird ever since we went rollerblading."

"As I already mentioned, I had a leg cramp. Plus, I was distracted because I was worried about a deadline," I said.

"I never make excuses when you beat me at thumb wrestling," my beloved pointed out.

"Which you do every time, because your hands are twice as big as mine. But I beat you at one thing, and you're a sulky 2-year-old."

"I am not!" "Riiiiiight."

"Plus, my wheels really need rotating."

"Fact: I play your silly thumb-wrestling game because you like it, even though it's not an even a contest," Allie said. "Fact: I beat you at rollerblading. Fact: You've been a jerk ever since."

"Can we not discuss this?" I shot back. Allie shook her head as I glared at my untouched but (if I do say so myself) perfectly prepared sesame bagel with lox and cream cheese. "Steve," my wealthy, accomplished, and occasionally wise girlfriend said, "maybe you ought to think about why getting beat by me drives you nuts."

She had a point, of course. After all, wasn't I—a man dedicated to gender-neutral hiring practices and the wholesale shattering of glass ceilings—supposed to be beyond this? Wasn't I—a man who wanted an equal partner—supposed to celebrate my girlfriend's strength and embrace her all-around awesomeness? Even when that awesomeness translated into athletic defeat for yours truly?

John tery wife, Toni Poole looked chic in a black bikini

.

Love-cheat John Terry flew out to Dubai today for a Valentine's weekend showdown with his wife Toni.

The footballer left London's Heathrow airport this morning to fly to the Gulf state for a heart-to-heart discussion with his 28-year-old wife.
But his mood will not be great after he endured a stinker in last night's defeat at Everton - a potentially crucial slip-up in the Premiership title race.
The sight of his three-year-old twins Summer Rose and Georgie John should give him a lift, however.

Terry has not seen them since his wife fled to Dubai on January 29 after revelations of Terry's affair with Vanessa Perroncel, a French model who has a child with former Chelsea player Wayne Bridge - and they have apparently been asking when Daddy is due to arrive.

An onlooker at the hotel where Toni is staying with the girls told The Sun: 'Summer Rose was crying her eyes out, the poor mite. I heard Toni say, "Don't worry, Daddy's coming tomorrow".

'She seemed to cheer up when she heard that. Despite everything that has happened they must be missing him so much.'

Terry was photographed clutching a customised washbag featuring a photograph of him with one of his daughters as he left the Malmaison hotel in Liverpool yesterday for the Chelsea match.

The 29-year-old, who was sacked as England captain last week over revelations of the affair, has been allowed to miss Chelsea's weekend FA Cup tie against Cardiff and given compassionate leave to fly to Dubai.

Chelsea assistant manager Ray Wilkins said Terry had discussed taking a break from club duties with manager Carlo Ancelotti.
He said: 'He will not play this weekend. Carlo is giving him a bit of time off.

'He will come back and prepare for our game against Wolves on the 20th.

'They just had a little chat, John and Carlo, and decided that would be the best for all concerned.'

6 Ways to Enjoy Your Breasts

Double your pleasure

Your boobs are wily little seductresses. They poke proactively out of bikini tops, peek over lacy push-up bras, and flaunt their fabulousness naked in bed—turning any red-blooded heterosexual male into a panting pile of mush.

But what most women don't realize is that their boobs can give them heaps of satisfaction too. "The majority of research is geared toward keeping breasts healthy, and not nearly enough is known about how women can enjoy their breasts during sex," says Debby Herbenick, Ph. D., a sexual-health educator at the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University.

The truth is, your boobs play an important role in pleasing both of you. These six moves will ensure they're not left out of the fun.

Cuddle up

When your partner caresses your breasts, your brain releases a warm and fuzzy chemical into your bloodstream called oxytocin, says Beverly Whipple, Ph. D., professor emerita at Rutgers University. This powerful love hormone, also triggered by hugging and orgasm, fosters a strong bonding feeling between you and your partner.

To maximize its effect, while you're on top, have your guy sit up and wrap your arms around his neck, pressing your breasts into his chest. Or, while in missionary, pull him toward you until your nipples graze his chest and focus on synchronizing your breathing. This touching and heaving at the same time will boost intimacy, and—because arousal increases blood flow—your breasts will feel warm, making your embrace feel even cozier.

Tease them

The same way a guy can become erect just like that, a woman's breasts can stand at attention sans direct contact. In fact, the mere suggestion of sexual touch can fire off pleasurable sensations in your breasts. To make your hills come alive without actually touching them, "have your guy rest his fingertips lightly on your sternum (the middle of your chest), then move them toward either breast, drawing light circles over the entire area," says Jaiya, co-author of Red Hot Touch. His barely there caress will stimulate the microscopic hairs on your boobs and the fine-touch nerves under the skin's surface, creating bliss-inducing shivers.

Relish new sensations

Your man may be good with his hands, but encourage him to touch your chest with something less expected once in a while. The feel of soft jersey sheets, cool body lotion, or even silky fabric can make sex more thrilling. "Introducing various types of sensation adds a new feel to ordinary touch," says Ian Kerner, Ph. D., author of She Comes First. During sex, have him rub your breasts with a pair of silk underwear, tickle your nipples with a feather, or smooth hand cream all over your girls. And don't overlook the benefits his body can bring. Press your boobs into his smooth back, or dangle them over his face during girl on top, tracing them over his nose, cheekbones, and lips—or just glide his penis across your chest.

Focus above the areola

Those nipples, always hogging the spotlight. But they're actually not the most sensitive region of the chest. The flesh directly above the areola (the colored skin surrounding the nipple) is the real star of the show. "We think of nipples as primary erogenous zones—which they are, to a degree—but that's partially because they're so visible," Jaiya says. "However, studies have shown that women feel more pleasurable sensations above them."

Have your guy rub the 10 o'clock to two o'clock zones with an ice cube, then blow hot air on the wet parts for head-to-toe chills. Or, while in missionary, he can use the tip of his tongue to lick circles around the area, slowly moving down to your nipple and areola (the second most sensitive zone on your breast). The pressure from his tongue will activate a tiny muscle just beneath the surface that flips on your headlights so he can then flick them ever so gently with his tongue.

Get wet

Mix things up by hopping in the shower with your guy and turning the faucet to hot (but not scorching). The heat brings blood to the skin's surface and elevates body temperature, both of which make your skin more sensitive to the touch, says Sandor Gardos, Ph. D., founder of mypleasure.com, an online sex-toy store. Then have your guy soap up your breasts. The feeling of his hands slipping and sliding all over your boobs combined with the hot water will get both your libidos racing. Also consider experimenting with the settings on your shower head—the pulsate function will provide direct, massaging pressure, while a lighter one will feel more soothing. Not in the mood for a shower? Having your guy massage your breasts with a steamy wet towel will reap similar benefits.

Maximize your size

Your breasts may be his go-to spot on your bod, but how often do you luxuriate in the sensuality of your own curves? Never? Well, you're missing out. "Some women don't take the opportunity to relish their breasts during sex (or solo sex), especially if they're self-conscious about their cup size," Kerner says. But guess what—all women, regardless of bra size, have the same amount of nerve endings and feel an equal amount of pleasure--and experts say boobs can grow up to 25 percent bigger when aroused.

The trick is to tailor the type of touch to your size. In general, women with larger breasts can handle a slightly firmer grip because they have more fatty tissue. So when you're on top, cup your boobs, lift them slightly, and squeeze. Feeling their full weight can be a huge turn-on. If you have a smaller set, push your breasts together with the sides of your arms to create eye-popping cleavage. Or, while you're in the spoon position, reach up and feel them jiggle with every thrust.

The World's Best Sex

The most orgasmic women on earth share pleasure principles that will make reaching your peak--and blowing his mind--better than ever

Carrie Sloan

We may lead the world in many ways, but when it comes to our sex lives, Americans are a little flaccid. According to the Durex 2007-2008 Global Sexual Wellbeing Survey, we rank third lowest in the world in how often we get it on. While less than half of us are content with our current erotic state of affairs, 81 percent of American women believe that sex is vital to health and happiness. So how do we go from knowing it to actually doing it? WH tours Brazil, Sweden, Greece, and Israel--four countries that set the standard for sexual satisfaction--to find the answers.

First stop: Brazil, where couples will try anything once

Brazilians rank second in the world in terms of the sheer amount of sex they have: 85 percent do it at least once a week. But Gisele Bndchen's homeland truly stands apart as a booty mecca because its citizens love to keep sex fresh and fun. Nearly a third of them are willing to give aphrodisiacs a whirl, and 77 percent have oral sex regularly. So deep is their belief in sexual play that there's even a Portuguese word that roughly translates to "Let's experiment with the world of erotic experience." Sacanagem!

That experimental attitude permeates the culture, says Carmita Abdo, Ph.D., an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Sao Paulo Medical School. Abdo has conducted three comprehensive studies on the country's sexual behavior. "What makes Brazilians unique in their approach to sex is less prejudice and more curiosity, willingness to communicate, devotion to pleasure, and appreciation of different body shapes," she says. (They're so open-minded that a prominent former sexologist, Marta Suplicy, was mayor of Sao Paulo from 2001 to 2004.)

But Brazilians don't equate keeping sex hot with bed hopping. Seventy percent of Brazilian women believe that great sexual satisfaction comes from intimacy and commitment. And in Brazil, monogamy does not equal monotony. In Rio, Abdo says, the couple that gets outrageous together stays together.

Don't Hold Back

First, dedicate more of your time to really fooling around. "America is a very pragmatic society, very goal-oriented," says Esther Perel, M.A., a New York City sex therapist who specializes in cultural sex differences. "We believe in results and are rather uncomfortable with ambiguity," says Perel, who's also the author of Mating in Captivity: Unlocking Erotic Intelligence. The problem? Sexuality and sexual play thrive in the gray areas. That's why, she says, "sacanagem is an important concept. It's one way to say you're willing to leave reality behind and create an adventurous atmosphere in your bedroom."

But how do you cultivate your erotic imagination? For starters, Perel suggests taking a vacation from your comfort zone. Just as you can get into a rut always eating Cheerios with sliced bananas for breakfast, it's easy to fall into the trap of you-touch-me-here-then-I-touch-you-there, especially in a long-term, committed relationship. The best way to break free is to realize that seduction begins long before you hop into bed: "You can be flirtatious by leaving a provocative sticky note on the bathroom mirror in the morning or sending a suggestive e-mail midday," Perel says. Or devise a Choose Your Own Sexual Adventure story, with each of you adding a titillating nightly installment of what the main characters will do to each other. Perel says writing is often a safer place to explore fantasies and figure out which ones you want to turn into reality.

Bounce Back from a Brawl

Three steps to makeup sex

Fighting is easy. Too bad making up isn't. Who wants to replay all that stuff that pissed you off in the first place? Much easier to sweep the rage under the rug and leave it there — until next time. But the postclash repair process is probably the most important part of the fight because it forces you to work together to understand each other. That may in turn solidify your relationship, says Daniel Wile, Ph.D., author of After the Fight. Try this three-step plan for settling your next spat and you'll wind up holding hands — not grudges.

Step One

Establish a "ready" signal. If you force a discussion while either of you is still sorting out feelings, you won't accomplish much, Dr. Wile says. You're still in fight mode and talking now is like drinking orange juice when you have a sore throat — it seems healthy, but it could sting. Let enough time pass so that you're thinking beyond the nasty exchange. The green light can be as simple as plunking a fake flower in an empty vase, as zany as e-mailing each other with the subject line "kung pao," or as straightforward as a face-to-face "Let's talk." When each of you has sent the signal — or said the words — the forum is officially open.

Step Two

Make bodily contact. According to a 2005 study in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine, physical contact raises blood levels of the hormone oxytocin, which reduces stress and makes you feel connected. So — even if it's the last thing you want to do — initiate a hug. Even sitting on the same side of the table or nestling against each other on the couch nudges you out of the fight zone and closer to fix-it mode.

Step Three

Consider his POV. When you're both ready to reconcile, avoid repeating rants from the fight. It'll land you back in another bickerfest. "The recovery conversation works only if you approach it from a different angle," Dr. Wile says. You don't have to pretend that you're okay with him grabbing dinner with a client and not calling you. But considering his point of view will ultimately soften his defense. Remember high school physics? For every action there's an equal and opposite reaction: If you concede just a bit, he'll do the same.

15 Moments That Define a Relationship

Tom Rafalovich

Your first kiss isn’t the only milestone you can enjoy. Take and step back to examine just where you are on the road of your relationship and take pleasure in all your firsts-- from fighting to murmuring those three little words.

First times come in many forms. But which ones should you relish and remember and which ones are just you being mushy? In relationship world, we say they all count. Here’s our top 15.

First Talk

Your first talk till dawn Astronomers say it takes just over eight minutes for light from the sun to reach the earth. And that's about how long it feels you've been talking, though it's been over eight hours. "My God, look at the time!" you both say, cursing the violet sky. But it's a good sign if all you want to do is talk for a few million more trips into space and back.

First Kiss

The first kiss We know: Duh. But how could we not mention that Big Red moment? It's like no other feeling in the world.

Girlfriend?

When he introduces you as "my girlfriend" It's so utterly high school that the title still straightens your spine. But how can it not? You're now officially pinned, picked, branded, wanted.

First Morning

The first morning after Some guys you wouldn't share a beet salad with, let alone a whole night. "You want coffee?" he asks the next morning, tossing the duvet your way as he pads to the kitchen. Please, he's saying by the ease of his actions, stay.

I Love You?

Finding the nerve to say "I love you" Jessica Simpson seems content to do so through national magazines. For the rest of us, though, the moment is fraught with anxiety: What if he stares at us blankly? What if we're saying it too soon, and…Sorry, what was that? You do? Oh, thank God.

First We

The first time you write "we" in an e-mail to your friends And they don't write back, "We? Who the hell is we?"

First Fight

The first time you fight and make up Let's be honest: If you never fight, someone's not speaking up. Consider it like an oil change: a healthy way to clean out gunk so you can get back to the joy ride.

First Trip

That first trip together What better way to gauge how you'll fare on your journey through life than to see how you survive hours of snaking security lines? It's also when you establish who'll get the window seat for the duration of your relationship--so act fast, woman.

First Grocery Shop

The first time you grocery shop together You know how his lips taste after a workout and a cold beer. You know to give him five minutes alone when he shakes his head in a "work sucked" kind of way. But to watch this man slip a family-size Fruit Loops into the basket with a dopey grin on his face--that's when you realize you still have worlds to learn about each other.

First Control

The first time he lets you control his car/remote/iPod Seriously, you don’t know how hard it is for him to hand over something he worships so much. Not as much as he worships you, of course, but close. Scary close

The Future?

The moment you see a future with him Some women could imagine having a future with the guys in a J. Crew catalog. But with the man you love, the future you see is sure-footed and sane: A foot rub after a long day. A laundry basket and a loving squeeze (though if he's folding, you really are dreaming).

First Notice

When you notice you are no longer primping for him Whoops! You're sitting on the couch in your time-of-the-month undies. Yet he's looking at you more lovingly than when you're all gussied up. Clearly, my dear, this is the real deal.

First Doctor Visit

Going to the doctor together for the first time Need reason number 652 to stay fit? Have a long sit in a waiting room for someone you love. You'll vow never to have to be there for something worse, because now you need to be healthy for each other.

Caring Together

When you care for something together It doesn't really matter if it's a tomato garden or Rufus the drooling French bulldog. But when you're both responsible for taking care of another living thing, your pairing becomes much more important. Be proud as you watch it grow.

Your Commitment

When you commit--we're talking long-term commit--to each other On the one hand, it feels a bit like picking partners in the schoolyard. ("You want me on your team? Really? Me too!") On the other, it's a watershed moment, when you find yourself so profoundly lucky that someone you adore so much feels exactly the same way about you.
