Kayla Collins puts on a sexy shower scene... but it ends up on the cutting room floor

As a former Playboy Playmate, Kayla Collins is used to doing sexy poses for the cameras. So as she showered in the Australian bush yesterday, the curvy blonde, 23, put on a good show as she enjoyed a bikini-clad shower. But despite her sensual wash, the scenes didn't end up on last night's episode because she was wearing a two-piece from her own range.

Former Playboy Playmate Kayla Collins enjoyed a shower under a waterfall in a bikini from her Sweet range

The glamour model brought bikinis and swimsuits from her new Sweet swimwear range in the hope of plugging them. However due to product placement laws, producers have had to dramatically reduce her on-screen bikini time - meaning male fans missed out on her solo shower sessions yesterday.

Although she did make a brief appearance in black bikini on Monday's episode, prompting departing campmate Nigel Havers to joke he had changed his mind about leaving. As he prepared to leave the camp, he caught sight of her in the bikini, prompting her to ask him: 'Do you like it?'

Nodding with approval, he joked: 'I've just changed my mind.' Before she entered the show, Kayla admitted she had packed three bikinis for the jungle: She said: 'I will be wearing some very sexy bikinis in the jungle. One is a leopard print bikini, one is a black bikini and another is a light pink bikini with black polka dots. 'They're very cute and very sexy. I'm thinking they are sure to get me some male admirers - and some female admirers, too.'

She even promised fans a sneak peek of her new collection on the show on her Twitter page: 'A preview to Kayla’s new swimwear collection will be aired on I’m A Celebrity... UK.’ However, an ITV source told The Sun: 'All the girls were told they were only allowed to bring in three bikinis each – and Kayla insisted on bringing her own range in. ‘It means we haven’t been able to use as many shots of her in them as we’d like.’

Stacey Solomon holds her own as she wins the jungle shower battle against Playmate Kayla Collins

When this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! female contestants found out they would be joined by a Playboy Playmate, their hearts must have dropped. But, instead of feeling intimidated by Kayla Collins, Stacey Solomon proved she is more than holding her own as she enjoyed a jungle shower last night. The 21-year-old star wore a tiny red frilly bikini from La Senza which highlighted her svelte figure as she washed her hair under the trickling water of the waterfall

Stacey more than held her own against Playboy Playmate Kayla Collins

In the pose made famous by Myleene Klass during her time on the show, Stacey primped and posed her way through her wash, clearly aware her every move was being captured on camera. But, determined not to be outdone, Kayla was the next candidate for the shower treatment as she donned a leopard-print and pink lace two piece.

The 23-year-old model gave it her all as she washed under the fountain, clearly keen to be named the next Myleene ahead of Stacey. Kayla has been causing issues with the show bosses, however, as she insisted on taking bikinis from her own range into the jungle, which has led to producers cutting many of her

But the clear winner of the bikini battle was Stacey, whose toned curves are likely to prove a hit with viewers. Stacey is currently favourite to win the show, with odds of 11/10, while Shaun Ryder is hot on her tail with odds of 11/4.

However, Kayla is lingering on the bottom of the table, and is the second least-likely contestant to win the show with odds of 50/1.

Stacey has also already clinched her fair share of celebrity fans, including Katie Price, who has famously take part in the ITV show twice. Katie said: 'My favourite is Stacey at the moment. I think she's courageous and I think she could do really well. ‘It wouldn't surprise me if she wins it.'
