She's known for getting glammed and works hard to keep her body in shape - but Cat Deeley looked like she was truly able to let her hair down on holiday in Mexico yesterday. The 34-year-old Brummie beauty was looking trim in a tiny black two-piece bikini as she relaxed and joked with friends around the hotel pool and even waved back to fans.
The blonde stunner was wearing stylish mirrored shades but had ditched the make-up and the harsh work-outs for some proper R&R on a rare break between work projects.

The jet-setting presenter spends her time flying between Los Angeles and London for her job, which sees her hosting So You Think You Can Dance in both the States and the UK. The star has certainly got into the Hollywood spirit of things since moving to LA four years ago, and dazzled on the red carpets last week at the Cover Girl 50th anniversary party and the People's Choice Awards. But she jets home whenever she has a chance after admitting to loving the U.S. but pining for home.
However, like many people, Cat can't resist checking her Blackberry - maybe for texts from friends back in Birmingham? - whilst on holiday
She said: 'It's great but, of course, I miss home. I miss my friends and my family and I still have my apartment back in the UK as well. 'So, as soon as I go back to the UK, I see everybody and catch up with everybody.' In fact, the star recently flew home from a chilly Christmas and New Year's break visiting family and friends in Birmingham and London. But let's face it, Mexico looks like a far sunnier place for a relaxing time with your nearest and dearest...
